• Peter is the founder and managing partner of AsiaCorp, founded in 2007.

• He is a global oriented networker and entrepreneur with a unique established network of industry experts around the World.

• He works as a International Business Development Consultant, is a C-Level Advisor and specializes in building distribution/franchise/license business in Asia for global oriented consumer brands and attracting investors from Asia.

• Assists European lifestyle brands such as Hummel, Lotto Sport, Hummel, Esprit, KangaRoos, Trollbeads, Gosh Cosmetics, Ellesse etc. in exporting to Asia-Pacific.

• Has more than 30 years of experience with global sales, combining an
out-of-the box international mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Educated with a Executive MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.

• Previous managing positions at Carlsberg & Salling Group.

Michael Aagaard Andersen Seoul (South Korea)

• Mr. Aagaard Andersen is a global brand-builder with deep operating and leadership experience in the retail and consumer industry.

• In a C-level capacity he has helped grow and transform such iconic consumer brands as LEGO, BANG & OLUFSEN, and PANDORA.

• He now uses his sector, strategy, and operating experience to support clients in connection with international business growth and buy-out assignments – especially in Asia Pacific.

• He is on the board of directors at several international brands.

Andrew Wood Hong Kong

• Mr. Wood has built a strong Corporate experience over the last 25
years working and living in Asia.

• He has successfully consulted in project work for various footwear,
sporting goods and apparel & accessories organisations, including
leading brands such as PUMA, Lee, Wrangler, GOLA, Animal, Flow,
BIC, Neil Pryde, ECCO, Scholl and Clarks of England.

• Mr. Wood joined AsiaCorp in 2012 leading the research, partner search
and Asia Pacific market entry projects for high profiled European
brands.

Hong Kong

• Mr. Fred IP is a senior corporate executive with experience in the consumer products industry. He has expertise in multi-channel market expansion for companies in China, the United States, Japan, and other nations. He also has experience with end-to-end supply chain management for mass retailers and international brands.

• He has developed strength in identifying opportunities and resolving issues arising from multi-party collaboration with diversified interests and cultural background. Is experienced professional in handling legal and financial considerations on commercial deals (e.g. contract review and negotiation, accounting and tax considerations etc.)

• He assists in creating connections between brands and “opportunities” via diversified connections and maximizing the prospects for mutual advantage by assisting investors and retailers in their quest for strategic brands/products and commercial opportunities.

Yumiko Suzuki Tokyo (Japan)

• Ms. Yumiko is based in Tokyo and has more than 15 years experience as the senior commercial position in multiple global brands in the lifestyle and luxury segment.

With a strong marketing background and leading the sales team, she helped brand building and expansion by bridging between local market and global parent companies like Mattel, Fossil, and Safilo. In the position within these global licensees, she closely worked for the world-class top brands.

• She has a deep understanding of how Western business see Japan in the Asia portfolio, which helps to develop a successful strategy under a cross-cultural environment.

• Ms. Yumiko joined the AsiaCorp network in 2022 and has helped lifestyle brands with partner search for local distributors/license/franchise partners, strategic entry plan, highlighting what is typically unique which strongly helps to tackle Japan market.

DK JungSeoul (South Korea)

• Mr. DK Jung has been working as Chief legal director of Global Brands such as Converse, Kappa, Castelbajac and national brands such as EXR and D2K in Korea.

• In 2014 he founded FelixInc in Korea in 2014. He has strong partnerships with various Korean clients and a very strong local partner network which have been working in TAYLORMADE, CALLAWAY, O’NEILL, FILA, Millet and KAPPA.

• Since he joined the AsiaCorp network of Associate Partners in 2022, he has been working with AsiaCorp on market entry partner search in Korea for suitable distributors, license- & franchise partners. Mr. Jung is also involved in various M&A projects finding local investors in Korea, who are interested in buying out the IP rights for the South Korean market.

• Mrs. Larsen is an experienced business develop leader in the mid and high-end lifestyle segment with more than 25 years of global market experience.

• Currently based in Delhi and Bangalore, India she has extensive network in Asia within the lifestyle segment.

• Works with retail, online marketplaces and production across Asia Pacific and Middle East.

• She has developed an extensive network within key distributors and agents and has built a solid platform for brands and companies to enter the Indian market.

• She is an experienced strategist who has an extensive knowlegde in global market entry and export strategies as well as global/local sales strategies within lifestyle products.

• Mr. Vierhaus is a seasoned Business Development Professional in the Fashion retail industry, boasting almost two decades of expertise across Asia Pacific and Europe. 

• He has gained experience and contributed to globally renowned brands, including Hugo Boss, Puma, Bogner, and Alpargatas (Havaianas), among others. With a keen focus on the sports fashion retail sector, he has established himself as a passionate advocate for Outdoor and Golf Sports fashion.

• Currently based in Stockholm, Mr. Vierhaus possesses a deep reservoir of knowledge in assisting European brands as they embark on their journey to penetrate and navigate complex markets within Asia. 

• His multifaceted approach to success involves strategies related to distribution, franchising, and driving sales in the dynamic Asia Pacific region. 

David Mallon Manchester (United Kingdom)

• Mr. David Mallon is a serial fashion entrepreneur in the apparel industry for the last 25 years.
 
• Founder of the Ringspun and Elvis Jesus brands David grew his business from one small Manchester based store to apparel showrooms and offices in London, Italy, HK and LA.
 
• He now uses his sector expertise and peer group network buying, selling, investing in and supporting brands to navigate the  international landscape.
 
• Mr. Mallon is regarded as one of the UK’s Industry leading experts and innovators in the field of apparel sourcing, design and marketing.

• Mr. Yuen became a jeweler in 1995, when he was Group CEO of TSL Jewelry, the largest jewelry retailer in the Far East.

• He pioneered TSL’s development in China, and built a 70-store jewelry chain during his watch.

• GM and CEO positions at brands such as: Enzo, TSL, Shanghai Tang, Luxottica/LensCrafters, and PUMA.

• Mr. Yuen is Adjunct Professor at the famous Jiao tong University, Shanghai for EMBA in Retail Management.
